Pulsar aircraft kits were designed to be a  simple and fun  projects.  Most of our aircraft kits are being built and flown by customers with no prior aircraft construction experience. 

Even though construction of a Pulsar kitplane is simple and fun. There are still many customers who would rather fly than build. For this group, the Pulsar Fast-Build options has been developed.   

The Fast-Build options save up to 200 hours of construction time.

Most builders choose to start with Fast-Build option.

The factory completes the following scope of works when the fast build options are ordered.

Fastbuild Scope of work

       Stage 1 - Fuselage

   F   Assembly/bonding of Left & Right Fuselage.

      Stage 1 - Wings:       

   F Assembly/bonding of the following molded parts in the factory wing jig to form the critical  wing shape:
                            Q    Main Spar
                            Q    Aft Spar
                            Q    D-sections
                            Q    Top wing skin
                            Q    Wing ribs

   F Coating of wing fuel tanks with fuel and chemical resistant coatings.

   F     Installation of fuel vent lines.

       Stage 2 - Fuselage

            F   Installation of landing gear channel box.

            F    Installation of lower and upper seatback bulkhead.

            F    Installation of forward seat bulkhead.

            F    Installation of main spar bulkhead.

            F    Installation of seat gusset

            F    Installation of flap torque tube bearing

            F    Installation of forward & aft control stick torque tube bearing bulkhead

            F    Installation of forward & aft stick torque tube bearing

            F    Installation of forward floorboard tunnel.

       Notes:
                        1.     Fastbuild stage 1 is price as one for the fuselage and wings scope of works.
                        2.     Fastbuild stage 2 is price separately.
                        3.     Fastbuild stage 1 must be purchased first before opting for stage 2.
                        4.     There is no fastbuild stage 2 for the wings.

Fastbuild Scope of work

        Stage 1 - Fuselage

            F   Assembly/bonding of Left & Right Fuselage.

            F    Assembly/bonding of vertical stabilizer aft spar to the Left & Right Fuselage.

      Stage 1 - Wings:       

               F Assembly/bonding of the following molded parts in the factory wing jig to form the critical  wing shape:
                            Q    Main Spar
                            Q    Aft Spar
                            Q    D-sections
                            Q    Top wing skin
                            Q    Wing ribs

               F Coating of wing fuel tanks with fuel and chemical resistant coatings.

               F     Installation of fuel vent lines.

       Stage 2 - Fuselage

            F   Installation of landing gear channel box.

            F    Installation of lower and upper seatback bulkhead.

SP100 Fastbuild delivery using a 20 footer container.

        Fuselage

            F   Pre-Alignment of Center Spar in the fuselage.

            F    Installation of Center Aft Spar.

            F   Installation of Landing gear channel box.

            F   Installation of Seat back bulkheads.

            F   Installation of Firewall.

            F   Installation of Engine Mount Hard points.

            F   Installation of Nose Gear hard points

            F   Assembly of center section spar.

            F   Installation of back seat bulkhead.

        Wings

   F   Alignment of outer main spars and center main spar section

   F    Installation of bushings for attach bolts.

   F Assembly/bonding of the following molded parts in the factory wing jig to form the critical  wing shape:
                            Q    Outboard Main Spar
                            Q    Outboard Aft Spar
                            Q    Top wing skin
                            Q    Wing ribs

   F    Installation of Fuel tank closeout spar.

   F    Installation of Ailerons bell crank assembly.

   F    Installation of Fuel caps.

            F   Pre-Alignment of Center Spar in the fuselage.
